Great for in-between legs as a side sleeper and under my knees when sitting up with lower back pain. I also use it as a head cushion when I sleep my wedge pillow which is more comfortable than the one it came with, due to softness and flexibility.

Arrived and I thought first is a mistake but it was ok. Small box and I was worry I ordered something wrong. I used for the day and it was comfortable and foam is excellent. I will use it all the time as my burning sensation & pins and needles on my feet and heavy legs this is will be fab. I will order another one as my partner tried it and was like this is very good for my feet. I was not sure if will be ok as I read some feedback and some people weren’t happy. I am happy and I will give it go as I have a few stuff from Amazon and cushions for my back , knees etc , but we are all different and not all of us will be happy but this is what I wanted and is just perfect. Also I will update after couple months of use but I know by know if give me a bit relieve. Highly recommend . Thanks

Been using this knee support while sitting in bed feeding my baby and while sleeping, it been helping a lot with the leg pain after postpartum. It’s firm but really comfortable for my legs.

Good pillow, very firm yet still comfortable. Has helped with my back pain. My only issue is I wish they would offer a natural pillow cover option e.g made from 100% cotton.

This is so comfortable. It arrived in a small box and I didn't think it would expand but it did. It's the perfect size and firmness. I left at room temperature for 24 hrs as it was very cold. The cover is soft and feels cool and it's eady to manoeuvre under the duvet for different position so. Really pleased with it.

Not very helpful as it’s not high enough to raise the knee.

This was a great item, worked well for my clients , really helped with back pain while laying flat , don’t get out off when it arrives, when you in pack it it’s flat , but soon goes to its proper shape in the warm

100% Try this product if you have any back pain or sciatica pain. I have honestly tried so many products / pillows and nouthing was helping me. I came across this pillow to help alleviate back pain / sciatica pain and upon first nights sleep while trying this support pillow it was a success. I did NOT notice any unpleasant smell. The pillow is too hard and big for me, so it actually caused me back pain...

I bought two and both had different density, one was soft one was hard. The shape and cover are great, but it would have been nice to get the same foam density for both.

I recently moved and left my back pillow at my old place. After doing some research I settled on this pillow. I have back issues (Spinal Stenosis, Herniated disks) and really needed some support under my knees while I slept on my back. This pillow is nice a firm with a soft cover on top; and it does stay nice and cool. Even on a hot summer night. My only complaint would be it is not tall enough but I am able to bolster it with a normal pillow and that makes it the perfect height. (This will not affect Stars as it is clearly listed in the dimensions lol) All in all I would recommend this to back sleepers who sleep with their knees up for relief.
