It was a long hunt, but these are the ones. ❤️
THESE ARE THE BUDS I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR. I am anal about ear buds, and have fairly niche preferences. These have great battery life, a nice selection of ear tips fpr comfort, good sound, great noise isolation, nice style, simple and reliable bluetooth connection, and easy hand controls without needing an app with a login and a bunch of steps. The only things that Inwould have changed for my own preferences would be that the volume down button is on top, and the up button is on bottom. (Unless i am wearing them wrong?) And I would prefer if the neck band were just slightly more formed to a ring, because when I work at weird angles, it can slide over. They're great though. I could clip the neckband to my shirt if it really bothered me. If you want value for the money, noise isolation, legitimate hearing protection, solid construction, and dont want to fuss with a bunch of features or apps or passwords, these are it. They just work, well.

Excellent choice
Fantastic set of noise blocking earbuds. The expandable foam inserts are comfortable, though my ears feel dirty after I take them out. They aren't, but the sensation of removing them after four or six hours is a little uncomfortable. Excellent sound quality, even with audio books in a noisy environment. Battery seems to last forever.

Really good hearing protection and jams
These things are awesome, they really do a good job of ear protection, and they're good headphones to boot. I usually have the problem with this style where they fall out of my ears, but these ones stay in pretty solid, at least with the foam ear piece ends. The connection is easy, the controls take a bit of getting used to, but decently intuitive. Battery lasts all day, maybe even two days. I've been using them for like 10-12 hour work days and only get down to about 40%. I only wish either they threw in more foam ear piece ends, told us how to wash them, make our own out of other foam ear plugs, or had a readily available QR code to scan to order replacements or something.

Forkliftechanicnin a heavy manufacturing facility
I work as a forklift mechanic in many heavy manufacturing facilities. Not only is the noise reduction with the silicone pieces perfect it brings the music/podcasts through clearly. Noise isolation not active noise cancelation so you still hear my coworkers through the plugs when they are inserted. Call quality is superb. I work a 10 hour day and this set works completely though the shift. Battery quality is well up there. An hour on quick charge from below 20% is the perfect window to get this set recharged and ready to go again. In a facility that requires ear pro this works perfectly within the bounds of ear protection. You can always turn the Bluetooth off when it comes to working around your fellow coworkers. They wear similar to early Bluetooth headphones that do the same thing. They look like ear pro with extra perks.

Right earbud died after 3 months of use
Only lasted little over 3 months of use before the right earbud stopped working entirely. I've been buying corded elgin earbuds for work for years now, and each one of those would last at least a year or two before they would start failing due to cable-bend stressing the wiring inside. That was understandable however because my job at the time was rougher and it was always near the plug-in which is where most earbuds fail anyways so that's natural. In this case however not only is the job/work lighter and less rough but the cable isn't being stressed at all, so given all that context it's disappointing that a more expensive product by the same company under more ideal use conditions would fail from what I can only assume is flimsy cabling. Otherwise the audio quality was fine, they fit in my ears well enough (though the non-foam ear pieces would slowly work their way out of my ear unlike the corded ones, I wish they had something just like those for this), the cable and neck piece never got in my way and sat comfortably, and the battery only ever got down to like 60-70% even after a full 10~ish hours of use.

Finally, good hearing protection and music!
I've been waiting for a product like this for a very long time. Being in a rock band in my highschool days and then lots of motorcycle riding has left me with some mild tinnitus that I definitely don't want getting any worse. Because of that I'm always looking for hearing protection that I can wear while working with powertools etc. These fit the bill perfectly. I had to get the larger plugs from the elgin website, but once I swapped the tips out for those, they work awesome! In fact they work a little too well. I can't hear anything while wearing them, which makes it difficult to coordinate jobs. I wish they had a passthrough mode for sound where a microphone would pick up external sounds and repeat it through the earbuds. That would make them much more useful. Otherwise though can't complain. One caution, do not get the foam tips wet. I had a little grease on mine and wanted to clean them off and as soon as I got the foam tip wet it balloon up and would not recompress. The tips are only 3 bucks on the elgin website, but still. It's worth considering.

Great for mowing.
I was surprised I could hear my favorite podcaster speaking over the mower. Good sounding earbuds. Good noise blocking. They stay in your ears great when sweating. Easy to use, easy to setup. I would buy these again.

Policy over performance
Tin can audio. Like. Seems like you’d about have to try to find the absolute cheapest garbage on the market in order manufacture something that sounds so terrible. And they seem to block as much noise as Vince Vaugh’s ear muffs. BUT my boss like them because they look like ear plugs. So they check the right boxes.

Bueno pero puede mejorar.
Me gustó por sus materiales y aislamiento pasivo de ruido, sin embargo la calidad de audio podría ser mucho mejor.
