Good quality product for improving blood flow. Seems to work well. Dissolves well and if mixed only with water tastes like pledge week or those hunting trips with the bros.

Ok this happened. I purchased this I didn’t like it at all after using it for a day I couldn’t take it .Amazon gave me my money back.but they told me to keep it. I didn’t want to toss it out right away until my new one arrived in 3days. So I started drinking it before the gym in the morning. But the taste wasn’t so good. I told my self to shut up,drink it for energy to work out.now I can’t go to the gym without it. Good energy. No funny feeling. I love it. I’m going to purchase 3. I take 3 little spoons with 1/2 cup water.

This is the best value for the money on Amazon for L-Citrulline power. You get 100 servings as opposed to the smaller amount of servings from others. It mixes very easily into whatever pre-workout drink you're drinking and does not add any discernible taste or texture. It is very effective, although I add two scoops. I haven't noticed any changes, good or bad, on digestion, so it appears to be an easily tolerable supplement. Good stuff.

All I can say is it mixes well and has a lot more product than I thought it would.

By far the best blood flow supplement I had since I been using it, I have used a couple not nothing compares.
