My neck was always straining in my recliner. Now, my head rests comfortably, and my neck is not strained. Stays put, too.

This product is well designed and made. I gave it a 4 because it's little stiffer than I like but I think with time it will soften up. It's beginning to show signs of softening.

The headrest is just right for me. The size is perfect. It is very comfortable, but not too soft and retains shape. I like the stick-on strip that adheres to the back of your chair.

Looks great, fabric is super soft, the pillow gives excellent support.

The pillow itself was nice, but it did not work for me. It was comfortable on my neck, but my recliner has a power headrest, and it was just a little too much with the power head rest. But if you do not have a power, head rest it would be nice to support your neck and head.
