Always great. Great color and texture. Fuller flavor but not so rich they taste unfamiliar. I love these eggs! Pretty sure the eggs taste better when they come from happy healthy chickens. Yolks aren't dark orange, just standard yellow, to me that's a sign of very limited pasture
