Quorn Vegetarian Mince.
My partner and I are vegetarians, so I use a lot of pulses and Soya. But Quorn, of any type has been brilliant to discover this year! Highly recommended, and a blood free cheap treat, that you can use in anything.

Great value can be used from frozen to save money
This is gluten-free and great value for money if you keep it frozen and only take out a portion needed for each meal. I use it for pasta dishes mainly and also in curry's and shepherds pie. It can be cooked from frozen and added straight into pasta or curry sauce. It doesn't need much cooking only about 5 minutes. For making shepherds pie I add the Quorn mince to Morrisons brand gluten-free beef flavoured gravy.

Tasty, versatile healthy!
A staple in my home. It is so versatile treated the same way you would with meat mince, use for bolagnese; wraps, taco topping; lasagne or of course add it to anything you want.Lovely texture, tastes great of course much healthier for the planet than meat.

Great in a spag bol!
Over the years of eating beef mince, I've realised that beef mince quality is very hit and miss. Sometimes great but occasionally fatty, bits of bone and Grissel which spoil a meal for me.Since using Quorn mince, I always know it's going to be good. No fatty bits or chewy Grissel. The kids prefer it as well.

Does the job
I cant eat red meat anymore for medical reasons so I opt for quorn when craving mince. I’ve tried quorn before so I should have known what this would taste like. It’s not bad at all. Though, I’ll admit the texture is a little strange and you have to break up the large clumps for a spag bowl or lasagne. The taste is also an acquired one but it does the job when you’re craving dishes that require red meat if you can make a very good sauce that covers up the quorn taste. I can’t complain too much as I’m glad quorn exists. It is great value for the price as well.
