I usually buy other brands of jerky, but I was interested in trying this product because of the simple ingredients — just grass-fed beef, bone broth, and sea salt — no fillers, no sugar, nothing artificial. I can see how this would be a big win for people on keto or carnivore diets. The flavor is rich and savory, and it finishes with a nice beefy taste after chewing for a bit. It is on the tougher side compared to the brands I normally buy (probably because of the simple ingredients), but after chewing for 10–15 seconds, the flavor really comes through. If you’re used to softer jerky, it might take a little getting used to, but the clean ingredients and solid protein hit make it worth it! Definitely a great option for keto lovers.

As I prepared to start my adventure on the carnivore diet I did my research and ordered some snakes to help me through the gaps in my meals. I ordered a few things then I noticed this jerky. I've always loved jerky but unless you buy small batch organic you'll get the processed, sugar coated, additive added garbage. Then I saw the Carnivore Jerky and decided to buy 2 bags of it. The taste was surprisingly good even without any sugar added, the only issue was how tough it was. It reminded me of the cow hide chew toys I give my dog. I'm still on the fence about buying this product again.

Don't waste your money, go by some real beef jerky.

Not the worst, far from the best. For the price point, I expected something a little easier to digest than these absolute bricks. I’m someone that’s considered the trash can of the friend group, as in I’ll eat anything and everything. These things are hard, overly salty, and not thin enough to take a bite with anything other than your molars. If you’re looking for something with a mouth feel similar to grazly or snap like carnivore snax, you’re better off just shelling out the extra $10-$15. If you’re looking for a regular jerky, go to your nearest gas station.

Taste amazing! Smells great! There's enough jerky in the bag to satisfy my hunger. But a little too expensive for me. And really tough to chew. You're jaw will get a workout.
