We really like this thermostat. Our old one was a mercury switch type but this one is so much better. We travel a lot and wanted to be able to monitor the home heating in the winter. I confess the installation was a snap only because my cousin is in the heating and cooling business and he did it for us. I can’t comment on the tech service as we didn’t need it. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I used this thermostat before at our old house and had to install them as soon as we moved into our new house. They work great and allow us to control our HVAC from our phone. A great product.

Easy to use. Love the ability to program a set Max and Min temp set point. You need a passcode to change these settings which is a great landlord feature

Purchased two of these "Used, Like New" from Products 360 for spares for our church. We have 21 HVAC systems using these thermostats. One unit apparently had different faceplate than the base, so installer code wouldn't work. Second unit had blank screen, DOA! As these were spares, by the time we needed one, the return period had expired. Beware of this supplier!

Just installed and seems fine. A lot of hoops to jump through connecting and attach app but doable. Could be a challenge for non-techy. Clear warning on the package it has to have professional installation. Homeowner installs void warranty. If it was in print before ordering I missed it.

For Residential programming, you can step right through the program.For Industrial or Business application, it is more complex, with more options.Excellent for remote access, and fan control options.I have installed 7 in one facility, all working as intended.

Simply the best wi-fi thermostat for reliability with minimalist aesthetics when not in use. Reads outdoor temp & humidity (via internet) and indoor temp & humidity directly. Fair price also.

These were great replacements for my older Honeywell models that were failing. Easy install & setup if you know what you're doing. Love being able to control these wherever I am.
