Does what it says
I had one of these as a kid and sorry I ever gave it away. Now I let this stay in the living room at home and even my daughter likes to pick it up and play with it. Every extra fitness accessory around helps the little ones find exercise fun, like me. The power level is easily adjusted and the addition of handles and foot holds adds to the usefulness. A good tool to mix things up. So far no issues with durability, but it's also hard to imagine something like this having that kind of problem.

You wont be able to pull apart
I am a personal trainer was looking for a training tool for my students to use other than weights. all the resistance band not steel are junk. thought I would try the old fashioned steel bands. its not going to work for me. they tried to incorporate some good ideas. but the system doesn't work. don't waist your money. as a chest expander it might be ok but start with one spring.

Not as I expected, instruction is in Chinese so it is useless to me
I should have read all the review provided for this product. It is very poorly design. Instruction is in Chinese, so it is useless to me. The product itself is just like a toy. I hardly need to put any effort to my muscle to stretch the springs. It is just like a toy, really. Very disappointed!

Hace su función, 5 muelles es un poco duro, buena relación calidad precio.
Cumple con su función. Montaje sencillo y firme. Otros comentarios dicen que se desarma y que da miedo usarlo, pero en mi caso se aprecia bien construido, quizás me ha tocado una unidad buena o quizás el correcto montaje sea la clave. Lo que si debéis es de tener cuidado de no retorcer los muelles porque he tenido otros de estos y si los cruzáis se enredan y ya no hay forma de arreglarlo. También hay que tener en cuenta que es lago duro, sobre todo para usarlos para extensor de pectorales (en este caso mejor con 3 ó 4 muelles) Pero por el precio muy contento.
