I've been buying these for a long time. It really helps maintain a helathy bllod pressure for me. Bitter Melon, aka karela (India), ampalaya (Philippines), marak (Thailand), margose (Mauritius), and foo kwa (China) has been known to be good for our health for thousands of years. I take two a day, and it really helps.
