I see improvements
⸻ This maca is excellent quality. I use it for menopause support, and it genuinely helps me relax, lifts my mood, and reduces daily stress. I still get my usual boost from my morning coffee, but maca itself doesn’t increase that energy—at least not for me. Many people take maca for testosterone, and while I could use that benefit, studies show it doesn’t actually raise testosterone levels. This blend includes three types of maca, which makes it easy for the body to absorb. The dosage is strong—4,800 mg per three-capsule serving. Right now, I take two capsules in the morning with a meal, and I plan to increase to three after a few weeks. With 60 servings in the bottle, it lasts about two months. Overall, it’s a great value for both the dosage and the amount you get. Update, 1/16/26 I’m a repeat buyer. I’m definitely seeing improvements, just get it.

Very powerful so I recommend diluting
Viagra replacement, I'm surprised this is available like this. It's a powerful pill, I recommend emptying out the powder into a bottle and diluting in tepid water, one pill is too much for libido, a lot of rage, maybe start with about a quarter of one capsule or less, only in the morning or you won't sleep. Buy it before it becomes unavailable or elevates in price dramatically, this is an unbelievably effective capsule.

Jar lid cap breaks.
Great product, but this manufacturer has cheap caps which invariably break, so not the easiest jar lid.
