Those who complain have the wrong fit or absorbancy!
They deserve a better rating!I have been using these for 2 years and I have had no problems with them! I have a catheter, and these pants are great if you suffer from bypassing. They pull up easily, so those saying that they rip easily probably aren't wearing the correct size!? I have had no issues with leakage or ansorbancy at all, so I feel confident. They are really good quality compared to Tena delivery prices. Those who complain about leakage need a higher absorbancy product! I wouldn't use these if I was totally incontinent! For me, these pants are a good fit, and perfect for my needs.

Very good value pants.
I liked these pants very much. I used them at night as that's when I'm most prone to leaks. They were very comfortable to sleep in and I felt very secure in them. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 was sizing. I measured my hips and waist as advised but I felt they were a little snug over my hips. The material is lovely and soft but when trying to pull the pants up they did rip slightly a couple of times. But overall I'd say these pants are very good. Only if you're a curvy lady make sure you measure your hips.

Poor design causes leakage
Pants are soft, comfortable, good fit for size 40 hips BUT the pad is in sections and leaks occur at the divisions between sections. So only one star as these pants don't do what they're advertised to do.
