Generac RXSC100A3 100 Amp 120/240 Single Phase NEMA 3R Smart Transfer Switch
I needed two Smart Transfer Switches to install my generator. "See my other review" I have two meters and I had to purchase an additional switch. The main Generac home generator came with a transfer switch but each meter required a switch. It's highly recommended that these units be professionally installed. My double meter installation worked perfect. These Generac products are well built and designed to function automatically as part of a total standby system.

NON service rated
Exactly what you think it is but this is a NON service rated model. Which means it does not come with the interior dead cover. Pic is of page 9 in the transfer switches installation instructions. So don't be mad about no interior panel!

no frills except internal battery charger
I like the fact that there were only the switch and generator controls in the box, circuit breakers can be added by adding a separate Bracker panel, which i didn't need.

Parts missing
The main breaker, circuit board for the signal wires. A lot of the parts are missing.

This is a great product. We installed on a non automatic generator. Will do mach better if install with automated generator,

Out of code
Did not include inner plate, per electrical code. Supplier claimed they did not include it for indoor installs. However, this product is for outdoor use. The inner plate should be there.
