Ease of setup
Works great and easy to setup. Plug cases in and switch on and if by magic, one audio in, two audio out. Just be aware that you only get the splitter unit and the USB power lead. Toslink leads need to be purchased separately. I purchased this to split the TV's optical audio output that feeds a sound bar to also feed audio to a Phonaks TV Connector which link to my Phonak hearing aids.

It goes without saying that the product is great. What I didn’t expect was the customer service. I am not technical…anything but. So, when I reached out to BlueRigger for assistance, I certainly didn’t expect this level of service for a $25 item. Salman went beyond any level of customer service that I would have expected.
