The product is good and it got delivered on the next day and immediately I got the call for the installation. On day 2 the installation happened. It was hassle free. I have purchased 2 AC’s and both are working fine as of now and the cooling is happening very well. I am impressed with the service provided by Whirlpool and recommend to buy this product.

Please avoid buying this product. I purchased it, and on the very first day of installation (which cost me an additional ₹3,500), I encountered an E1 error, indicating the indoor unit of the AC was not working. I contacted both Amazon and Whirlpool — both promised a technician visit to assess the issue. The result? A manufacturing defect, which I later learned is common in this model. I had to repeatedly follow up with Whirlpool to initiate a refund. Amazon refused to process the refund until Whirlpool updated the status on their system — which they never did. After countless emails and follow-ups, the unit was finally picked up. However, it’s been over 15 days now, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’m being told it will take longer since it’s a bulky product and needs to be returned to Whirlpool’s defect center. A truly horrible experience. If you’re okay with being without an AC for a month and chasing both brands endlessly, go ahead. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend staying away.

Very satisfied with the AC cooling at the same time very disappointed with the installation team. Two unequipped technicians came who did not even know to drill a hole into the wall and they made a mess. If you are located in Chennai please reconsider ordering this or opt for good technicians. They're blunders; 1) Holes were drilled in the wall larger than required. 2) AC is not perfectly aligned or positioned in the wall. 3) They took 6 hours for installing two AC's. 4) They fitted stabilisers which has started hanging from the wall as they did not fit it properly.

Worst Worst Worst AC. I recommend don't buy this AC please. Don't waste your precious money on this AC. I purchased a Whirlpool AC expecting decent performance, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within a few weeks of installation, the cooling became inconsistent and the unit started making loud, irritating noises. Despite being rated as energy efficient, my electricity bill skyrocketed. The remote is unresponsive half the time, and the customer service is unhelpful and slow to respond. I regret choosing Whirlpool and would not recommend this AC to anyone looking for reliable cooling and quality. Save your money and go for a better brand.

Product is fabulous and ilits cooling a big roomnof mine in no time. Only concern was the additional copper wireong was costly as with standard it only comes 10ft and it doesn't suffice the proper setup of outdoor setup so companies should give 20ft as standard piping setup.

The AC is good for the price range. I've a smaller room 130sqft but my room gets lot of Sun and hence is very hot. The AC cools the room down very quickly and is surprisingly silent. Even on Turbo mode the Sound level is around 50dB and normally around 40dB. 6th sense mode and Convertible mode works great. (5/5) The remote sensitivity could have been better it doesn't recognise anything unless you point directly at the AC. It's also not backlit so it's difficult during night. (3/5) The installation part was the only bad experience they charged me total Rs.2,250 including the Stand. They did not accept online transfer only cash (Really fishy). Amazon has mentioned 1500+taxes. They didn't have necessary equipments like extention wires for drilling outdoor unit which had to be arranged by me and Plug Tops. They were super late and made me wait from morning to almost evening. (2/5) Final verdict : Other than above mentioned issues the AC is value for money and REALLY cools. Recommended 👍🏻 Will check the performance for a month and update again. Edit 1 Year : The AC is still running awesome. Cools well. The quality of external pipe covers are not good after weather exposure the external pipe covers just dissolved away. Very bad. Reducing 1 star because of that.
