It work well for the job I needed it for!

I ordered this to add to coconut milk so I could make yogurt with it. I add it to the coconut milk and then my yogurt culture. The little beasties can't tell the difference between this and milk. If this stuff wasn't lactose the whole process would not work.

I use it to sweeten Kombucha during the 2nd fermentation stage or bottle conditioning. I don't like super dry Kombucha so each 16 oz bottle of mine gets 2 teaspoons when I bottle the Kombucha.
