Gen 2. You can find a list of all the 2.0 slides from Walther and check your frame to see if the numbers are 2.0 or 1.0

No, This is specifically made to fit the v2 PDP OR PDP Pro. Holosun does make two or three other SCS's to spcifically fit with Glock and S&W I believe.

Does it work combined with a silencer since it's sitting very low ? Thank you

I do not have a silencer so don't know the real answer,and I would think it has to do with the size of your can but I can tell you its so low you can easily co witness with the low stock sights if that helps.
