You can feel the strength of the suction, it is very father to be able to have your ears clean being careful when introducing the tube use from less to more suction, and if necessary the irrigator with water at body temperature to avoid dizziness.

Ear adapter came off and got stuck in my ear. Had to find hemostats to pull it out of ear canal.

It did not clear out my ears.

This did not work for me and I had to see a doctor for mechanical wax removal. I will continue to use it periodically, however, to keep my ear canals clean.

Save yourself some money from having to go into a dr’s office to have this done. It’s the same process a nurse uses when she flushes your ear out just way cheaper. It works well too.

I bought it for the office, but it's definitely not medical grade. I will keep it since the suction is an extra tool to keep with the kit i already have.

Haven’t used the vacuum yet, but it comes with tiny little disposable filters, when they are used up we have no idea where to get more. So then the vacuum is useless
