Dad loves this product.
Got this for my Dad last Father’s Day and he loves this product. He is a bird watcher and he puts them on as soon as he goes outside. He has taken them hiking as well and says works great. Fit is good, easy to adjust, well made, and keeps his binos close to the chest for when he needs them.

Affordable, comfortable and easy to use
The Vortex Binocular Harnesses Strap is a great product. It was easy to use straight out of the box. I didn’t have to adjust the straps at all. It’s very light while you’re wearing it and it’s very easy to maneuver the binoculars up to your eyes with the stretch material. I had been using neck straps up until now, but I can’t imagine going back to a neck strap after using this. It’s also a very affordable harness option compared to some of the other options on the market. Vortex’s unconditional lifetime warranty is an added bonus.

Quick connect to binoculars, quick to put on and comfortable to wear for long hikes.
The Vortex bino carriers are excellent; simple to connect to a pair of binoculars and easy to wear and you don't know you're wearing them because they are so comfortable. Because of the design, they don't swing across your body like some others do. A good value for the quality and design you're receiving.

GOOD HARNESS FOR THE PRICE
I bought these for a pair of vortex binoculars and the little straps that you thread through the eyelets on the binocs did not fit very well. I read that other people had this same problem and went for it any ways. When i finally got the straps through the binocs the harness worked pretty good, but after a day of use the the little straps broke and i had to replace them with para cord. Because those straps broke is the reason for 4 stars. But other than that the harness itself fits well is very comfortable and keeps my binocs in reach but out of the way and secure. Any one who wears binoculars for any length of time should buy this harness it saves you a sore neck at the end of the day.

Nice fit!
It didn't take me long to get use to this harness. I first put it on inside with just my regular indoor clothing on and the harness fit great. The binoculars stayed against my chest even when I bent over trying to get them to swing away from my body....nope, couldn't do it. Then I put on my heavy, thick army coat, slipped the harness on and again it fit just fine without making any adjustments. That makes me feel good that I won't have to re-adjust it depending on the weather or season we're in. Well made too. If there are any camera lovers out there, this Vortex harness will work with a camera too, just make sure you order an extra set of the "Harness strap connector set" made by Vortex so you can just unclip the binoculars from the harness and connect your camera and you're on your way. 5 stars all around for this product. Update: I connected my Pentax K-50 camera to this harness using the small rings that come with the harness connected to the J hooks on the harness. Then I ordered some OP/TECH Mini QD Loops 1.5mm (found here on Amazon) and attached them to the camera where the strap would go and the other end of those Mini QD Loops were slid onto the metal rings that came with the harness. My camera was against my body the whole time I walked through the woods, under tree bows and through the snow and not once was theree a problem with the camera swinging away from my body. Lifting the camera up to take pictures was a breeze. I would highly recommend this harness with the mentioned QD Mini Loops for a great way to carry your camera for a hike in the woods.

Well constructed and perfect amount of flexibility for binoculars
My previous Nikon harness broke on the leather portion. I'm a mechanical engineer, so I did a lot of research to find a harness that was high quality at a reasonable price and chose the Vortex harness strap. The harness is very comfortable, well constructed, easy to adjust, and has the perfect amount of flexibility in the straps for my somewhat heavy binoculars so I can wear the binoculars for several hours at a time. My only complaint is the low quality attachment straps that were provided with the harness to attach to the lugs on the binoculars, which are fairly cheap construction and too short. The attachment straps are thin, flat material with a thin metal ring that goes through slots cut in the strap near each end. It looks like the fabric could tear at the cut locations, so I would not trust my $700 binoculars with those attachment straps. In addition, the attachment strap is too short, so that the metal ring where the harness's plastic clips attach are right where the eyepiece lens cap also needs to attach to the strap. Even aftermarket attachment straps are too short, so I made my own from paracord with a special knot that prevents it from loosening. Since all harnesses have the same issue with the short, low quality attachment straps, my review is based on the harness itself, which I definitely recommend purchasing.

Best warranty in the biz and picked up on sale so I'm pretty happy with these. Much more comfortable than my old cheap ones that broke after a few years. Love vortex and will continue to support them through buying their awesome products!
