Great product. Well made and easy to install. Good value for money. Works well. Mounting the switch was a little wonky, but it works. UPDATE 9/27/26: Have had multiple reasons to use this winch since installing, and it has performed well. Remote works well and is a necessity. Remote is a little big, but I’ve come to appreciate the size for not losing or misplacing it.

So far after 2 weeks of use, the 4500lb winch has been flawless assisting in pulling up my 1500lbs cart. I will keep you posted as time goes. 1 con that I've noticed thus far is the battery access on the remote. It looks like I'll need to remove about 8 screws to change the batteries (which I need to look up which type, to have on hand if it dies). Having the manual remote as a back up is fine as well. Lets just say with this set up I'm putting a lot of trust in this winch.

As far as the winch goes itself it is amazing very strong and fast response time with the remote and the provided push button control. Nothing to do with the winch I installed it on a newer Hisun utv and was hoping it was plug and play or more so (line up with the factory holes from my other winch that came with the machine however it did not so my install took me about half a day to do because I had to drill a bunch of new holes and try and get it mounted up but it eventually worked out great like I said nothing to do with the winch itself just throwing it out the ere in case you are getting it for you’re utv you may have to do some customizing!

Very nice wench. Everything you need to add a wench to your UTV or ATV. Worked great no issues. took about 1.0 hours to install.

Seems like a decent enough unit for the price. Deducted a star due to the extremely short battery cables that don't reach the battery and the winch cables that limit the contactor placement to under the hood. The box was missing the mounting plate bolts as well as several washers. Appears to work as it should, have not actually used it yet.

Very well made, robust unit. Good instructions, all the necessary parts and wiring included. Very happy with this.

I used this winch exactly one time in one recovery. I used it for the very first time and that rope snapped in just a few seconds. I purchased it just a few months ago, it’s been on my 2026 Jeep Rubicon for maybe three months and when I actually needed it to recover my vehicle, it FAILED MISERABLY! CONTACTING THEM TOMORROW - WE’LL SEE HOW THAT GOES….

Awesome winch. VERY powerful. Based on the specs, I thought the take-up would be slow, but when there is no load is does indeed take-up faster than specs. So if you're just winding it up after doing a job, it doesn't take long at all. (pack it with @100lb load) I read the manual completely....it seems redundant, but even though I had other winches the manual brings out points that you forget. It's good to read it completely, especially if you never had a synthetic cable before. This is a great addition for my Honda Pioneer 520. It fits with a standard mounting plate that I got from another source. Customer service was VERY quick to respond when I had a question.
