Warranty card is invalid if it is not stamped by the dealer/supplier. We duly stamp our supplies and also offer to take up with manufacturers in case of any serious quality issues and at times have arranged total replacement of the product. This happens very rarely. Even the manufacturers admit that they have quality issues not exceeding 1% and this natural when crores are manufactured.
