I’m very upset about my purchase. I bought this for myself as a present for the holidays. I used it twice and after 2 uses, the battery and the mask won’t work! The mask itself won’t light up anymore and the battery, even though I charged it all through the night and is fully charged, won’t connect with the mask so the mask doesn’t light up at all. I read such great reviews on this product and am so bummed over this!

I am excited to use this Light Therapy LED Silicone Mask! I have wanted one for a while since many studies are saying this process supports cellular metabolism, stimulates collagen regeneration and boosts collagen production in the skin! I am looking forward to healthier looking, moisturized less wrinkly skin! The reason I give it 5 stars is because from the first look it is well constructed and durable. The mask has 432 high density light beads for complete and even coverage. There are four kinds of band light sources, with five modes for different skin needs. The controller has clearly marked buttons and easy to understand display. Included was a nice bag to store it in to keep it protected when not in use! It says to use it for four weeks to see a noticeable difference so I will update the review in four weeks and post before and after pics, so you can decide!

I'm really impressed with this Lovsheme mask. The build quality feels solid, and having the different light modes to choose from is a great feature. For me, the best part is that it provides a perfect excuse to take 10-15 minutes to unplug and relax. I just put it on, close my eyes, and use the time to meditate and unwind after a busy day. The only minor thing is that it doesn't seal perfectly around the eyes, so you can get some light leakage. It's not a deal-breaker in the slightest—I just keep my eyes closed during the treatment and it's perfectly comfortable. Given the number of LEDs and features, it feels like a quality piece of gear.

My only complaint about this product is that the battery light always shows fully charged, so it is impossible to know when to plug it in to charge. I enjoy having the choice of light therapy and length of time options. The product is easy to use. I feel like my skin is brighter after a few months of regular use. I just wish I knew when the battery was low.

This mask works. Seems powerful and is easy to use. But I don’t like that it only operates via battery and that the battery will degrade over time. Given that, I feel that it is comparable to much more expensive masks.

I would not order from this company. Mine also worked for about 6 months and then just stopped charging. The control unit plugs in like normal but just won't charge, rendering it useless. It comes with a 1 year warranty and mine was actually extended to 3 years. However, no one is responding to me. I reached out on Amazon and email, have checked through everything and am not missing anything. False advertising and criminal if you ask me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Just received and very easy to set up and get started with. Looking for to seeing what kind of difference overall it makes and really like that I have multiple different light options all in one mask Will have to update in some time after I’ve used for a few weeks.
