Amazing in combination with other foods, they all have that mushroom benefit locked in. I'm trying to get used to the reuptake combo with navitas Cacao & sometimes different regular mushrooms worked in. Bennu fb/ Linkedin verified/etc charity. Economy of motion, economy back in motion. I've got a lot of the main heirloom chakra gland herbs setup as well for a big effect. I've got characterizion etc on it like in insta.
