Not really “one size fits all”; I’m 5’11” with strong legs- I usually have to buy wide fitting boots for my calf muscles and have knees to match to hold them- the brace does work but not as well for me- the gel cushions sit slightly to the side of the patella- but my knee does feel better with this support and it’s less bulky and restrictive than similar supporting braces- it stops my patella from allowing my leg to slip side to side, but I can bend it fully. I have a torn meniscus that is scheduled for surgery and this brace helps a lot vs single band types. The brace works well on bare skin or over jeans- I usually am working in scrubs and the brace tends to slip down when over the top of raylon/polyester materials. If you’re of a small build this brace will be perfect for you- I just wish they made one a little bigger! The double velcro helps keep it really secure for when you’re running around and it’s a very intelligent design!

I was surprised how much support it provided for my inner knee due to a small bout of tendinitis during my walk/run activities. It felt like it would slide down my leg but I just had to tighten it more. I had to flip it upside down to support my right inner knee but not a big deal - just that the logo patch is upside down & on the bottom.

Quit wearing too uncomfortable for me. My pain point was the muscle behind my knee. Actually The ligiment that runs the back of knee.

Product is well built and holds knee in place. You need to get the velcro just right or else it rubs and scratches your skin.

I think it helped but it is hard to find the middle ground between too tight to be comfortable and so loose it's falling off.

Well made product, but tends to loosen regardless of how tight I make it. Likely, I should have gotten single one.

It helps with my knee pain. Once you figure out how to put it on the first time, it's pretty easy to use.

Wanted to love this patella strap, but after two uses it came apart on me. I use these straps mostly for treadmill running since I suffer from patella tendinitis, which only worsens on treadmills and concrete. I had never used a double strap and while I didn’t feel much of a difference as far as my patella from the single strap, there was definitely some extra support. I thought it was a real keeper and was actually going to buy another for long runs when my other knee flares up, but then I noticed the seams on the back of strap tearing apart unfortunately. Durability is key for these things - my old strap lasted me years. Had to return.
