All skin and people are very individual, for my skin I am prone to ingrown and irritation. Eucalyptus, menthol, and mint seem to help quite a bit. With that good shaving practice is also important. After a military career and clean shaving for two decades, shaving my head bald I have tried many things. Taconic Eucalyptus Mint is superior. I have very coarse hair on my face and curly hair, I wet shave 100%. Going from what seemed like dozens of ingrown hairs with the grain now is about on or two across the grain. Great product. If you like the mint smell for a while after a shave and love a sting of menthol, eucalyptus, and mint; well it is a winner.

I've been using their shaving soap (Lime and Eucalyptus Mint scents) for a few years and decided to try their after shave. It does cool and sooth very well with almost no sting, much like other herbal after shaves. However, my wife says the Eucalyptus Mint after shave smells like dill. I can't argue. It's probably scents from the herbal ingredients overpowering. Fortunately, the scent fades pretty quickly.

I like the witchhazel in this better than alcohol. I get a milder "heat" instead of a "burn" or "sting" as with alcohol. It feels similar to what you get from BenGay when you apply it to sore muscles. I wasn't sure about the mint scent, but after using it a few times, it's quite decent, I like it more than I thought I would. Good ingredients in this aftershave, it seems good to my skin, although I wouldn't say it mosturizes very much but doesn't seem to dry out my skin like alcohol based products do. Another quality product from Taconic.

This is the best aftershave I have used. The natural ingredients have a cooling/refreshing sensation, likely from the menthol. The Eucalyptus Mint scent is very good and not only do I like it, my wife loves it too!

Smells like pure mint. No eucalyptus sent at all. Nasty and over bearing as a cologne. I use it as a car air freshener after taking my dog hunting.

Finally got it. Feels fresh and the odor is awesome. 5stars

Smells great but doesn't last very long. Was expecting more of a could use more eucalyptus or menthol and less mint. Smells a bit like mint gum.

The product is pretty good. It dries up fast without drying the skin. No burning sensation post application. Feels nice on the skin. The only concern that I have was that I received the Bay Rum scent instead of the Eucalyptus Mint that I ordered. But I liked this product anyway.
