Can someone translate the ingredient list on the label, please? I need to make sure it doesn't contain wheat flour.

I had the english label on mine, it says: salt preserved chilli(chilli pepper, salt), processed broad beans (broad beans, salt, malted rice), dried chilli pepper, salt, ethyl alcohol, ascorbic acid.

How does this taste different than spicy broad bean paste aka doubanjiang?

A little saltier and less broad bean-y. good. but I find this more useful for general stirfry cooking- do not use this for mapo tofu.

Anyone GF have a bad experience with this sauce?

It is very hot so do not use too much.
