I am almost always too warm. It is very hard to fall asleep until body temperature drops. I ordered this item hoping it might help; I was not very optimistic. It arrived and I had to immediately wash and line dry it as instructed. The following night I decided to try it out,. I have no idea how it does it, but every where it touched me I was cool. I slept with it both under and over me; I even had it over my pillow. IT WORKED! Because it is so soft and lightweight I can scrunch it up when not needed (too cool) and place it above the top of my pillow. I am really, really happy about this purchase. I recommend it for anyone who needs inexpensive help to stay comfortably cool.

This was exactly the blanket I was looking for to cover my toddler in the summer. She runs hot and this keeps her comfy. It’s SO soft and the perfect weight. She is always rubbing it on her face and saying how much she loves it. The value for the money is 100%.

My sister encouraged me to buy this as she has one and swears by it. I am perimenopause so I get hot at night but still like to snuggle in a sheet, blanket etc. I was skeptical but it does keep me cooler! Sometimes I find myself even feeling a little too chilly. Lol. Occasionally, I'm just hot - hormones don't lie. However, I am thankful I got it on PRIME Day sale and was able to try it out. It is more like a sheet than a blanket in terms of feel but it is comfortable to touch. I got the twin as hubby was not needing to be cooler at night. Lol. I picked the blue color - wish I would've gotten a different color because the blue reminds me of a surgical drape. No regrets in the product itself though. Washed once and held up nicely. Give it a try!

After Experimenting with this blanket for a few days i've realized now its best to use it during the winter time when its colder right now here in NC where i live it got way to hot and iam unable to sleep with it. Don't get me wrong its a great buy but im the type of person that easily gets Overheated during bad weather..

I really didn't know what to expect when I ordered this, as the reviews are all tempered by how miraculous each buyer anticipated the blanket would be -- but the blanket turned out to be AMAZING. It's not "air conditioning" in the sense that it feels like cool air is blowing is on you, but something about it does make you feel cooler than you would without, and that's a big plus during the hot, humid Hawai‘i summer. Highly recommended!

My kiddo got me one for Mother’s Day, and I really liked it so now we each have one totaling 3! It’s lightweight, and really cools you. Helped out well when my red headed teen was sunburnt, it helped draw out the heat. Definitely recommend this one!

This is a very nice blanket. It is super soft and really does feel cooler than a cotton blanket. More importantly, it seems to regulate the temperature differently than a cotton blanket. It instantly feels cool on your skin when you put it on, but it also does not allow for a large fluctuation in temperature like a cotton blanket does. Put another way, when the AC comes on and starts blowing cold air I often get cold in a cotton blanket, but in this one not as much. One warning - the blanket shrinks. A lot. If you are like me and do not want to mess with hand washing, plan on getting the queen size for a twin bed. I got the full size and it shrank considerably. It is about the size of a throw blanket now. I don't fault the manufacturer for this, it is just part of being a bamboo fiber, but you have been warned.

WORST PURCHASE OF 2020. (and considering what a horror show 2020 has been, that says a lot.) I no longer care about staying cool at night! this blanket sheds more than my neighbors dog. there's fuzz everywhere! vacuuming has become a part of my home workout. i've used the blanket once, and i'm still finding fuzz balls everywhere. it's driving me insane. I tried washing it and it didn't help. and don't get me started on trying to dry this thing in a tiny apartment in NYC. Never thought i'd feel this strongly about a blanket in my life but i guess there's a first time for everything. gotta say it is pretty soft and lightweight though, so that's nice ...
