The first week or two it was good. But it got flattened until it really doesn't support my neck-head. I am planning to "stuff" the pillow with firmer-soft material and sow it back up. That might do the trick.

helps my husband sleep so his muscles wont ache so bad, wash often or it will flatten like a normal pillow, shouldnt cost so much, but is much more effective than any other pillow we have tried so there ya go, thanks better sleep pillow

This product wasn't the quality that I was expecting. I am very disappointed in this product. It has not aided in my husband's sleep whatsoever. He is a side sleeper and his arm goes numb so that was the purpose of purchasing this pillow.

I returned this item due to it being uncomfortable.

The "arm hole" requires that you sleep with your arm in one particular position, which isn't natural.3. The little tube-shaped neck support area doesn't do anything, especially cradle your neck.I sent this back. Don't waste your money!
