Cheecha Puffs Potato Snacks, Original Flavour, 2.5-Ounce Bags (Pack of 12)

I am on an elimination diet of only 12 foods so that my son, who is nursing, can continue to nurse despite problems digesting foods (even the proteins through breast milk). Potato is one of his safe foods. Theses are the only snack that is safe for me to eat that he won't have a reaction to. They are quite tasty and nice and crunchy. The listing says they are cooked in oil, but they are not. They are air puffed and contain nothing but potato and salt.

I ordered this pack of 12 through Amazon without ever having tried them before. No stores in our area carry them. I was so excited thinking it would be a great snack for on the go with our 9 month old who is allergic to gluten, dairy, egg, soy, onion, lemon, and apple. We can't find gluten free "puffs" that will work for her because the one brand that offers a gluten free version also has apple in it. I have been having trouble giving away these 12 bags as everyone I ask if they want them doesn't like them either. I'm surprised to find so many reviews on here of people who do like them. As a mom of 3 kids with multiple food allergies I know how hard it is to find convenience food that works for on the go, but unfortunately the taste of these doesn't suit us.

My son is allergic to just about everything and we were so happy to find this product. I find it a bit bland but my son loves it. I have never seen it sold in any store but am happy I can easily purchase it here at Amazon.

I have 3 kids with lots of food allergies and grain allergies in particular. So they can't use any of those early finger foods like cheerios and puffs. I wish I knew about these with my 4 year old when he was starting out because my 13 month old twins absolutely LOVE them. I cannot say enough great things about them. They are a lifesaver for moms of kids who can't have wheat and other grains.

This is one of a select few snacks that I can buy for my son with severe multiple food allergies, and we all love the great taste in our family!! It is an extremely healthy snack with a great taste! I called and spoke with the makers of this product, and they were so nice and helpful about giving information for their products. We can't wait for snack-size bags of this to become available! Would recommend this for everyone, even without food allergies!

Ok, these are bland, but for a baby with allergies, finding a chip that's JUST potatoes is amazing!!!

No store in the US carries this and it is adored by families that struggle with food allergies because their dedicated factory eliminates the risk of cross contamination. For some kids, this is their only safe food, and introduces them to a new texture they can handle with their fingers. Some people even crush these up to make other things.
