After doing a lot of research on prenatal vitamins this one was the right one for me, it is difficult to find a prenatal vitamin that has Choline and is economically priced. My doctor was impressed by the makeup of the vitamin when I requested her review before purchase. I added a fish oil supplement to get Omegas in and the combo hits all the needs my doctor outlined. I used these for the months leading up to my pregnancy and have continued to use them during. I have not run into any issues like the ones in the pictures with dark spots in my many orders. I use a pill organizer and fill it up every week and there doesn't seem to be any reaction there with other pills either. (I am in Utah and it is dry climate so maybe thats why) Taste is non-existent with the coating they use. I take them at night and if I am feeling particularly acidy I make sure to take it will some crackers or bread in order to keep weird vitamin burps at bay.

This was recommended by our doctor while we were trying to conceive our son. I took this alongside the male version my husband was on during the testing and waiting period before IVF. In less than two months, we got a positive pregnancy test and ended up not moving forward with the procedure. Now that we’re trying again, this was an easy decision to come back to. It’s gentle, well-formulated, and something I truly trust. Everyone’s journey is different, but this was an important part of ours.

I appreciate the NSF certification, once-daily convenience, and the 18 mg of iron and 150 mcg of iodine, which are appropriate amounts for a nonpregnant woman preparing for conception. My main concern is the folate formulation. It contains L‑5‑MTHF together with 400 mcg of synthetic folic acid. I prefer a methylfolate-only option. The prominent product image simply highlights “folate”; consumers must read the Supplement Facts to discover that it is a combination of methylfolate and folic acid. Choline is promoted as one of the fertility-focused nutrients, but the tablet provides only 100 mg—less than one-quarter of the 425 mg adequate-intake target for adult women. It also contains only 140 mg of calcium and 50 mg of magnesium. The magnesium is a combination of citrate and oxide, but the amounts of each form are not disclosed. There is no DHA, so that must come from food or a separate product if desired. Because the company says this formula can be used through the first trimester, consumers should understand that its 18 mg of iron and 100 mg of choline do not by themselves meet the total pregnancy intake targets of 27 mg and 450 mg. Diet and individual medical guidance still matter. The product is labeled vegetarian, but neither the label nor the official product page identifies whether its vitamin D3 is sourced from lanolin or lichen. Clearer disclosure of the original sources of vitamin D3, beta-carotene, and other ingredients would help people with vegan, religious, allergy, or ethical concerns. Overall, this has credible third-party certification and convenient dosing, but I would prefer more choline, clearer ingredient sourcing, transparent magnesium proportions, and a methylfolate-only option.

I got these as something similar to the $90 monthly ones my OBGYN recommended. Be aware your urine will be bright yellow. Lol. And take with food absolutely.

I like that these pills are easy to swallow and as long as I take them before or after food, they digest smoothly. Without eating soon before or after, they can give me an icky feeling. My tip is to take it with orange juice to help you absorb the iron. I am seeing reviews complaining because some minerals are missing and that they can’t use them for pregnancy. This is completely ignorant. For starters, these are literally marketing for preconception. It’s like getting upset because the sports coupe you bought when single can’t fit your family of five. Your dietary needs change once pregnant and even throughout pregnancy so using the same pill for everything is unreasonable. Secondly, it doesn’t have calcium bc calcium blocks iron absorption which is why quality prenatal vitamins will either have very low calcium levels or none at all. You wouldn’t expect to get all the nutrients you need to be healthy in one bite of food so why would you expect that from a single vitamin? Supplementation should be spread throughout the day just like you eat throughout the day. Vitamins are supplements, not meal replacements. Great job Theralogix for making a great product!

*update after a few months* So I took these for a few months and they caused more issues than they are worth. Every month right after ovulation, my boobs get extremely sore to the point it causes issues in my every day life. I am extremely over emotional a week before getting my period and have gained 8 pounds. I stopped taking them a few weeks ago and this month right before my period I have a yeast infection. I have never had one and nothing has changed. I have so many issues I am going to my doctors to see what can be done to fix this because I believe my hormone levels are off and I have never had problems with that my entire life. Previous update after taking one month. I have been taking these for a little over a month. They are easy to swallow and don’t really have a flavor to them. I am taking them to try to help get pregnant since we have been trying for 19 months now. I do notice my pee is really yellow about an hour or so after taking them so definitely drink lots of fluids if you are going to use these. I also noticed after ovulation (this happened twice), my boobs were extremely sore and get swollen. I have small boobs so it’s very noticeable. I also got very emotional before my first period on them and am very emotional now and I am about to get my period again. Fingers crossed I don’t but this is a last resort for us to get pregnant since our insurance doesn’t cover anything. I will update in a month or so if we have any success

These do smell like cat pee and they are large, but I will say they have helped regulate my cycle. I have PCOS and since taking them for 3 months I have had 2 periods. Amazing considering I hadn’t had a period in over a year. I’m also ovulating. I have made lifestyle changes such as working out and eating healthier, but I give credit to the pills.

This is a great prenatal supplement. However, it’s cheaper on iHerb.
