I’ve been dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for many years and I don’t like taking what the doctor prescribes for my depression and anxiety that comes with PTSD.So I’ve tried lots of natural products but after taking Optimood for 2 weeks now it has made such a huge difference to my mood. Been taking this for just over a month and will be reordering soon. Suffer from Anxiety and do not feel as anxious. It is nice to take a supplement versus the medication by doctor has given me. Recommend it for anyone suffering from anxiety.

This product helped my anxiety so much! I take two in the morning and sometime two at night if I’m facing stress inducing activities such as taking exams. So if you’re unsure about buying just do it! You won’t regret it :)
