Beautiful set
I ordered these because I desperately needed a new set of pots to cook with and these did not disappoint. Upon arrival, I noticed that one of my lids had a minor dent in it and contacted support to see if I could get a replacement. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the lid that I needed so they offered me a refund for the lid. Overall, I loved how fast their customer service was to respond to my inquiry.I do want to note, that if you do use this set do not put them in the oven. I made the mistake of putting one of the pots in the oven and one of the wooden handles came out with a giant crack in the middle of them. I love this set and the customer service is awesome.

Bad paint job
Update 2/7: I contacted the company. They responded quickly. The resolved my issue. Thank you. Changing my stars to 5.The biggest pan came defective ๐. I already unpackaged everything, and screwing the handles and everything.Thought everything was good until I saw the defect. I'd hate to return the entire set, it would be a hassle to unscrew and package then drive to return it. Looks like a bad paint job and one of the sides were chipping.

Extremely hot casserole handles
For the most part this is a decent set of pots and pans.Follow the manufacturers instructions for use and care and they should last.However I am shopping for replacement casseroles or stockpots or whatever you want to call them as the handle design in this set gets extremely hot and they are awkward to use.
