Review: Fits like a glove - Correct fit. Seems heavy duty. Good quality Installation time approx 2 hours, would be faster with a helper. Review: Know what you’re doing - It works and fits, instructions could be a bit better, and packaging could improve as it came scratched up in multiple places.

Perfect trailer hitch
My Jeep has the ideal hitch. Installing it wasn't that tough. Although it took some time, the final product was flawless. I suggest this do-it-yourself trailer hitch.

Very good fit, just wish it looked like stock
Easy enough to install by myself. I did use a crate to hold it in place at one point, but otherwise it was a breeze. It does fit very well, though it sits low so it is clearly not a stock hitch to anyone who cares. I haven’t towed with it yet, but it seems very well built and a quality part. Would buy again.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
This hitch was advertised as fitting a Jeep Gladiator model from 2020 to 2024. My vehicle is a 2023 Jeep Gladiator, but the hitch does not have the correct cutouts on the mounting flanges to properly bolt to the frame. Due to health issues, I was unable to attempt the installation for a couple of months. When I was finally able to address it, I had to take my Jeep to a shop for the installation. That’s when the mechanics pointed out that the mounting flanges were incorrect and would not fit my vehicle. I reported the issue to both the seller and Amazon, but nearly a month later, I still have not been offered a refund or a resolution. I understand the 30-day return period has passed, but this is clearly a case of false advertising—the hitch simply does not fit the vehicle it was sold for. I’ve attempted to resolve this with Amazon under the grounds of false advertising, but so far, nothing has been done. I am now out $229 and stuck with a hitch I cannot use or sell in good conscience, since it doesn’t fit as advertised. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.
