This thing is a knee saver!! I traded in my SUV that had power seats and ended up getting one that had manual seats. The newer one has more leg room but no tilt. I was wondering why my driving leg/knee started hurting within a month of me getting my new vehicle. I never knew how important it was for my whole seat to tilt. After some research I found this. I previously bought one that was a whole seat cushion. I did not like it because it tapered in the back in order to fit into the seat. This one was nice because it allows me to plant my behind firmly into the seat but still have support for my legs. The cushion stays firmly in place. I like the little pump that allows me to increase or decrease how much air I want in the cushion. Made a big difference in my knee pain. It's practically gone.

Perfect fit in my 5th gen 4Runner, the seats are slightly too short, this extension gives my legs extra support for long trips, was having slight back pain, this was the solution. Highly recommend.

It really does do what it promises. I have weak legs, especially on my right side and this has brought me great comfort and support in my leg so that I feel safe behind the wheel.

The clips that go under the seat are weak, too small, and cannot be adjusted. Rest of the product is fine but is practically useless due to those clips at the front

Strips are too short. There is no way to fix this item to any car seat. Will most likely deliver it back, or find an extension strip of the same color if I can.
