Glow pet collar
Great glow! A bright glow that can be seen in the pitch dark. Great design and appearance, and looks rain resistant. The battery life lasted several hrs. over a 3 day period. What makes it appealing, is the light source is electronic in the little controller and emits the color through the tube.. the tube does not have any toxic solution that can break open and get all over your pet, like a glow stick would. And it has 3 setting! Strobing, pulsing, and constant. Weโre happy with it! You can definitely see where your fur baby is in the dark. Itโs made for a dog so itโs a thick rubber tubing, which is tough and sturdy, but the plastic tubing can be cut down for a smaller animal. Make sure you cut the tubing big enough for your pet that it doesnโt choke them or apply pressure on their throat. * When I first put the collar on our cat, I pulled back while struggling to fit the tub back into the light source, and I didnโt realize I must have pulled too much and our cat gaged and wheezed and coughed. I felt soooo bad. Iโve gotten better at putting it on, so itโs never happen again. But once itโs on, she doesnโt seem to mind it, even though itโs a little bulky along with her i.d. collar. Eve though sheโs zipped up in her Cat Tunnel and in her Cat Townhouse, it gives us peace of mind when we look out the window, and can see her and know exactly where she is. We take it off when she comes back in for the night to sleep. Note: We put it on and turn it on before it gets to dark, because once they are out having fun, they donโt hear you, they donโt listen, and they wonโt come back so you can put it on later. Lol

Perfect in every way!
My five dogs and I went to North Carolina out in the country for vacation. It is absolutely pitch black at night so these were a necessity! I had ordered one of these collars years ago and it was still working great, so I ordered another regular size and three XS. I cut each collar down so I could slide them on and off their head without pulling the collar apart, but also still small enough that the collar didn't slip off over their ears when their head was down sniffing. I used them for about 15 minutes every night and only had to charge them once every two weeks. The collars were so bright they even lit up the ground so I could see to pick up my dogs' poop. They worked perfectly and not only kept my dogs safe, but provided me with entertainment every night!

Super bright and long life on battery
I walk or jog with my dog every morning. We go early so it is dark during the winter months. We are mostly on the sidewalk, but we do cross the street and on some quiet streets jog on the road itself. We both have reflective vests but those only reflect light, i.e. ONLY if you are in the headlights. A car at an intersection about to pull forward will not always see us....even if we are nearly in front of them. Seemed smart to buy LED gear for both of us. This LED collar for my dog is great. We walk or jog daily 20 to 40 minutes. I have had to charge this collar only 1 time after 2 weeks use, which is great. It gets gradually dimmer when it needs a charge. Simple to charge. Plug it in to a USB charger. Red light when charging, green when done. It was very simple to cut the length of the collar so it slides on easily, then slides off. It doesn't seem to bother my dog when it is on and illuminated. Along with his reflective vest, putting the collar on is simply part of the ritual of getting ready for our walk. In terms of visibility, we purchased these originally because I had seen other early morning walkers with LED gear on and I saw them far away. Seems logical they see me now. And I have had several instances recently where a car clearly sees us as their driving behavior changes...either they are braking early before an intersection, moving over or otherwise, indicating they are seeing us far earlier than before we purchased this gear. This was a very inexpensive, easy to use, non-intrusive means of increasing my safety and my dog's safety. Glad we purchased this collar and my LED running gear.

Good protection
I have three of these collars. Green, blue, and orange. In the pictures all collars have been freshly charged. Green Collar Pros: Very bright Easy to see from a distance Easy to adjust to the size needed Easy to use Three light options (fast blink, slow blink, constant on) Collar doesnโt come apart easily Easy to charge Cons: I take it off when weโre down for the night because I donโt know if itโs uncomfortable or not When the charge runs out it just goes out with no warning Blue Collar Pros: Easy to adjust Easy to use Three light options (fast blink, slow blink, constant on) Easy to charge Hasnโt just stopped when charge is low Cons: Not as bright Canโt see well at a distance Has come apart several times and fell off while outside at night I take it off when weโre down for the night because I donโt know if itโs uncomfortable or not I have three of these collars. Green, blue, and orange. Orange Collar Pros: Very bright Easy to see from a distance Hasnโt come apart easily Easy to adjust Easy to use Three light options (fast blink, slow blink, constant on) Collar doesnโt come apart easily Easy to charge Cons: I take it off when weโre down for the night because I donโt know if itโs uncomfortable or not I would recommend this product but not the blue one.

Love these!!
I bought two. Blue and green. The green seems a little brighter (at full charge) but, its worn by our short haired dog. The blue one is worn by our long hair dog and her hair covers it a little bit. It makes me a nervous wreck when I'm driving and, at the last minute, see someone walking their dog(s) with no lighting. Even some of the flashlights people carry can't be seen until you're right up on them. These collars are bright. The colors being something other than white is a big plus. 3 light modes makes it even better yet. Fast flash, slow flash and solid. I can't tell you how many people have asked me about these. If you're trying to decide between battery powered or rechargeable, I definitely recommend rechargeable. We started out with battery powered. What a pain when the battery drains and you don't have a replacement. Just plugging them in is so much easier AND they charge pretty quickly. When we're walking the dogs in public areas we typically use one of the flashing modes, to grab motorists attention. When we're at home we usually use the solid light mode. The charge lasts a little longer when using the flashing modes. I wish I could give you the number of hours a charge lasts but, because we use different light modes for different settings I can't. Maybe 12, or so, hours?? I can tell you that we usually get about 4 "days" before the collars dim. They are on our dogs anytime they are out between dusk and dawn. Super easy to get the right fit. You just have to cut them to size. My only advice would be to take extra care when cutting the collar. If you think you have the exact measurement, cut a little less off than you think you need to. You can always cut more. When we first started using these we would pull the collar apart each time with put in on and took it off the dogs. Now we have them just big enough to slide over their heads. We didn't want to chance having a loose connection, over time, and having them "open" by accident.

Great purchase wish I had gotten sooner!
This is a must have for all pet owners. I was having trouble spotting my little 5 pound dog when taking her out at night. Now she is visible and safe. Fast shipping, great battery life, bright color, easy to fit to size, effective and appears waterproof and unaffected by rain. So east to set up just cut to size and push button. My dog doesn't mind it at all, slips on and off easily. Getting another for my Cattle dog.

Happy with this very bright, light-up, USB rechargeable dog collar
A few months ago I purchased a light-up dog collar just like this and was thrilled with its brightness for walking my dog at night, until it died and I learned purchasing replacement batteries would cost almost as much as buying a new collar. Then I came across the same style of light up collar that is rechargeable via USB, which I previously didn't know existed, and ordered it right away. I've used it for a couple of weeks now, every night, and am pleased with its performance. It lights up bright orange that is clearly visible by others, even a block away. I got about 1 week of long nightly walks with it before it needed to be charged, and it charged easily and quickly. The collar still lights up as bright as when it was brand new. Every time I walk my dog using this collar I am stopped by dog parents who love it and want to know where to buy one, as well as people who just think its adorable. I purchased it for my dog's safety because although I live in NYC where there are always street lights and other lights on, even in the middle of the night, my dog is smaller and can't see well. At night people often aren't paying attention or are too absorbed in their phones to notice a dog walking by them. Having this collar on my dog gives me a sense of security that he will definitely be noticed be others while we walk at night. The collar itself is made of a thick, clear plastic tubing that is solid, with a small center piece that connects both ends of the tube and contains the on/off switch and USB charging port. It is one size fits all, so you put it around your dog's neck first and decide where to cut the tubing so that it fits your dog specifically, then cut. I was able to cut the thick tubing with regular scissors, though it takes a little effort (which I'm not complaining about, as it means the material is sturdy). Because it is one size fits all, the width of the tubing is a little thick for smaller dogs (mine is approx 15 lbs with a small head and neck), which I first did not like because I would prefer it to better match his size. But its not too heavy on my dog's neck, and I realize the larger tubing means more light at night, so now I'm fine with it. The collar has 3 settings - constantly on, a fast blinking, and a slower blinking. I use the constantly on setting when we are walking. I used the slower blinking setting when I took my dog on a bike ride and carried him in his dog backpack, for extra visibility to cars. I wouldn't use the blinking settings for regular walks but appreciated it for biking with him on my back. In short, I've found this to be a bright, sturdy, extremely helpful safety tool for my dog and recommend it if that's what you're looking for.

Better than others I have tried
Seems to be good quality and gives out very good light, with good runtime. Have tried other LED collars at similar price range and this definitely is the best so far.

Very bright and easy to use
These collars are easy to cut to size and work really well. I got an orange one and a green one - both work great. It's comforting to know where my dogs are when they wander off a bit at the bach on dark mornings.

Outstanding Product
For a 'cheep' cost ( about 1/2 to 1/3 the price of national 'big box pet stores ). Most importantly the collar doesn't need batteries, just charge it overnight in a USB. Our spinger pup, now 4 months old, blends in with the snow and this takes the fear away. It's incredibly bright, my dog uses it as sort of a flashlight when our for his nightly run sniffing stuff out. He likes us putting it on him. Works great in the cold. lasts for days without charging. Really does cut with a pair of scissors. Just bought a second one for when when he outgrows thise shortened one. Hard to believe I'm carrying on so much about this dog collar. One of the best things I've bought on line, and I shop a a lot for all kinds of stuff. Don't look any further.
