Stopped working properly

The WiFi connection and Bluetooth connection stopped working in less than a month. I paid for the warranty but still couldn’t get any help from Amazon or Philips.

Estoy muy satisfecho/a con este calefactor Philips Serie 3000. Calienta rápido estancias medianas y el modo Eco AI ajusta automáticamente la potencia, lo que ayuda a ahorrar energía sin perder confort. Se nota especialmente cuando mantiene la temperatura estable sin estar encendido al máximo todo el tiempo. Es bastante silencioso (alrededor de 24 dB en modo bajo), ideal para trabajar o dormir sin molestias. La oscilación de 45° reparte bien el calor por la habitación y evita que se concentre solo en un punto. La conexión y el control a través de la app funcionan bien y permiten encenderlo, programarlo o ajustar la temperatura a distancia. También transmite seguridad contar con sus múltiples protecciones (sobrecalentamiento, vuelco, etc.). El diseño es compacto y elegante en color gris oscuro, fácil de integrar en cualquier estancia. En resumen, un calefactor moderno, eficiente y muy cómodo de usar, perfecto para calentar de forma rápida y con menor consumo.
