Good Basic Vacuum Cleaner
Good vacuum cleaner for simple things like dust. Not enough suction power to get sand and heavier stuff. Overheats and turns off too quickly during summer, after 5–10 minutes. Noise is okay. No problems so far.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed with Eureka Forbes' after-sales service, and I feel compelled to share this experience publicly so others can make informed decisions.I raised a complaint on 2nd March for a defect in my vacuum cleaner. Initially, I was told the motor would be replaced. By 20th March, the story changed: the product itself would be replaced since the part was unavailable. That was over two weeks ago, and since then, absolutely nothing has moved.Despite calling their customer care daily for the past several weeks, all I receive is the same scripted response: "We have escalated the issue and you will receive a call back." No call back has come. No escalation has visibly happened. No one from the service centre or customer care has proactively reached out, not once.It has now been over a month since my complaint was filed (2nd March to 3rd April), and I am still without a resolution, a replacement, or even a meaningful update.A brand that sells on the promise of reliability and service needs to back that up. This experience has been the opposite of that.@Eureka Forbes, I urge you to resolve this immediately. Loving It
Very good product with 5 attachment and every attachment is very useful, I cleared my carpet, sofa, Car, AC , wall and curtains. The quality is very good and suction power sufficient for house.

Good power and extensions, but dies fast.
It's a good product with enough power. The only drawback is that it lasts only for 15 minutes and it heats up and auto shuts off. It has to cool of for about half hour or so to work again.The purpose of a cord vaccine is to be used for sometime. So apart from that the vaccine is good to use.
