I love it, especially after long car rides or stressful days.

Hard to elevate to 10...but I am tempted. This neck brace is not simply comfortable, it is also perfectly supportive in all the right places along my cervical spine. Great value!

I have had the product less than a week. It does not stay inflated. After about five minutes, the air starts coming out. I would not recommend this product.

I have neck pain from sitting at the computer too long every day. This product didn't do much to relieve it. But, that doesn't mean that it won't work for you. It will depend on why you have the pain and how severe it is. For mild aches and pains, it may be okay. I have found that a vibrating neck brace works better to provide hours of relief. For such a device a motor and battery are necessary, but for this one, you could just as well blow into it and inflate it. The main reason for my neutral review is that this device is over-engineered for what it does and, therefore, costs more, and is less durable. The device itself is simply a neck brace pillow with a battery and pump so it will inflate if you press a button. An alternative is the old fashioned blow up neck pillows most of us have used on longer airplane rides. This is similar, except that it may stretch you neck more than the old ones, and it has a battery operated pump to inflate it. Take it, or leave it.

Still can’t use it in public but it works great for decompressing my neck and nerve pain.

I had high doubts that this would be very functional and useful to me for pain relief of my neck and shoulder after being recommended to have neck traction from a neck surgeon. Color me surprised it works great it’s comfortable and easy to use. As a man, I was surprised how comfortable and easy it fit on my neck with room to spare for my thick neck brothers. Have had about two or three months now and looks brand new so must be pretty durable with using it at least once a day though it’s not pretty to look at.

Very safe and effective neck traction pillow. It helps with my nerve pain and discomfort so far with only using it 3 times. It fits me, 17.5 inch neck but likely won’t fit for any larger size neck. The electric motor inflator charges fast and it inflated it in only a couple of minutes. I like the quality and durability. I had cervical vertebrate fusion surgery a few years ago but the nerve pain comes and goes. This thing is effective in helping control and stop my pain and discomfort from pinched nerves in my neck. I definitely recommend it! See your doctor to discuss or approve your personal use of any medical assistance apparatus.
