Value for money I'll say, good in taste, blends well and u also gets decent amount of 25g protein. So far didn't see any side effects.

Taste is good but felt abs full
Chocolate Taste is good.but after drinking i felt blotting, abs feel full like gas... Otherwise Nak pro Impact is good. I purchased 2 packets then i upgraded to Nakpro Gold plus.

I absolutely love this protein powder. First of all, I want to mention that I'm a doctor, and whey protein is not suitable for everyone. When I consumed it for the first time, I did experience some diarrhea-like symptoms. However, that happened only the first time. Ever since then, I've been taking a full scoop regularly without any issues. For me, it has been very easy to digest. The taste is also excellent. I personally enjoy it a lot. The packaging feels very premium as well. Honestly, when I purchased it for ₹1300, I wasn't expecting such good quality, but it has been worth every penny. If your body doesn't tolerate whey protein well, then you shouldn't force yourself to consume it. There are plenty of other good sources of protein that you can try instead. But if you don't have any issues with whey protein, then I would definitely recommend this one. It's one of the most economical options available. You can also check its lab test results online, and I don't think you'll be disappointed. One more thing I'd like to mention is that protein powder itself does not cause kidney stones in healthy people. Staying well hydrated is important, especially when you're consuming more protein, because your body's water requirements may increase. Also, most people who take protein powder are working out regularly and sweating a lot, so they should pay even more attention to their water intake. So, keep yourself well hydrated, be mindful of your overall protein intake, work hard, stay fit, and stay healthy.
