This works great.
Along with the double check valve vacuum breaker I also purchased, I needed a new 2nd meter for my sprinkler system as I forgot to shut the water off during our exceptionally cold winter that just passed. After installing the new vacuum breaker and turning on the water, I saw the meter was leaking. So I purchased this one after my utility company told me they weren't responsible for it. It is almost a perfect fit, but just a little shorter. Thankfully the PVC is forgiving and flexes a little. We are back in business.

Just what I needed !
This water meter works great for me. I drilled a well for lawn irrigation and just be curious of how many gallons I'm using. But now I'm also glad I used this meter because it showed me I had a slow leak in my system. After locating the leak and fixing it, I'm a happy camper.
