InstaWRENCH Instant 12V Automatic Impact Wrench Model TW100

I bought this and it was shipped fast to me through Amazon.com. I put it in my truck and a couple of days later I went out to test it out. It seems as if the gears were not connecting because it would not spin the socket. The motor ran but it would not turn. I thought, maybe that you had to push in on the socket to activate it, but that didn't work either. I returned the product with no problem. My over all thought is, any product can have a problem. Should it, no, but it does happen from time to time so I am not all that disappointed. I may try ordering another one to see if it works. If it don't work, then I will give it a frown..Up date, received my second one, basically the same result. It did not work. I tried everything and would get it to kick in every now and then, and when I could get it to kick in, it would not have enough power to turn a nut. I could easily hold it by hand. Would not order this one.. Amizons shipping was good and I received it as promised, but the product is no good

Yes, it does take a couple of seconds to "wind up" before delivering the impact, but the impact is impressive and easily loosened the lug nuts on our new van in a test use. It may take 2-3 initial impacts before the nuts loosen, but it's 100% effective and faster than I imagined from reading reviews of this type of tool (12V Impact Wrenches of many different manufacturers.)The trigger is clearly marked as to which way to move it to get the desired tighten or loosen action. The light is bright and can be a real asset in the dark. Cord is long enough to most likely reach most cars' tires, but since our Ford Transit has a built-in 12V outlet just inside the rear doors, I used it for convenience on the rear tires.Comes with two double-ended sockets to handle most common lug nut sizes. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

The first wrench removed one lug nut before it quit hammering. After several attempts, with no success, to continue with the project, I requested a replacement InstaWRENCH. Amazon was quick to authorize the return for replacement. I received the second wrench but it also quit, this time only partially removing the first lug. Once again the project had to be completed using the Kawasaki #841337 purchased from Amazon on 10/13/15. Amazon has approved the return of the second InstaWRENCH. Several other reviewers have stated the exact same problem with this model InstaWRENCH. It's too bad it didn't work, as the light would be a very handy feature.

I went a few months without needing it then I had a flat it worked perfect a couple of months down the line I had another flat it worked perfect until replacing the last lug the motor would not run any longer the power indicator was on the light works but the unit dead I think it should last longer than two tire changes I sent an email to their customer service with no reply would not recommend this for anyone

I received this item today. I tried it on a lug nut and switched it either way and it loosened. There is no clockwise tighten. It's unbelievable to me because it would take 2 seconds at the factory to see it turned only one way at both settings.. And at chinese wages it would not have killed the fat cats that own this to at least have that checked out before sending to me across the planet to have a bad day..

Does not work at all, casing came apart while trying to remove a lug nut on my car and at that was never able to even budge it loose, went back to my air wrench and worked like a charm.

Motor literally burnt out after 1st use had to call my husband over to loosen the nuts USELESS PRODUCT SAVE UR MONEY FOR SOMETHING ELSE
