Fenugreek I use them for the food and the aroma was amazing and test delicious, also I boiling them a little and drink the water helps me for my period, also before i wash my hair i use it as conditioner, the size of the package is big and value for money and quality

Amazing value for money, good sweet taste (I boiled for tea) and the smell is nice if you like that asian spice kind of thing. Massive pack which will last for ages

Great spice mixture, just taking a bit of trial and error to find the right quantity to put in our curries but the flavour is great! Good job it's a big bag.....we can have lots of practice getting it right!
