Great Addition to My Gym
Nice and sturdy, well worth the cost.

Another nice addition to the home gym
This is a nice affordable Sissy Squat stand for those looking to blast the Quads in a new way. The stand is light yet fairly sturdy. The standing platform could use some more support underneath since the platform sinks slightly when you stand on it. I may weld a cross member underneath to satisfy my own particular desires; we'll see after some good workouts on it. The padding seems adequate both for the ankles and the back of the legs. I won't be using the push-up handles since I have other devices to use for push-ups. The front two screw on suction cup feet seem unnecessary but I installed them anyway. Assembly is very easy. 1) insert calve pad/post and the adjustment knob, 2) install the adjustment knob for the ankle pads and 3) install the screw-on front suction cup feet.I was a little concerned about the lack of protective packaging when I first opened the box (see picture), but the device survived the typical rough handling by those in the shipping industry.I did a few squats to test it and the stand did not move or show signs of weakness. I am 5' 11" 190lbs. For under $90, I'm happy with it being available in the home gym.

It's ok - probably would not purchase again
Nice product, but it squeaks quite a bit when I do my squats. I feel at any moment the bottom is going to fall out. I'm 5'4" and 120lbs - hardly anywhere near the max weight capacity. Other than that, it does what it says it's going to do, but I don't think it's built for longevity.

Decent product for the price
Good product for the money. Its easy to assemble and basically arrives ready to use. For a bigger individual, the situp area may be a bit small and uncomfortable.

Great value for the money.
Pleasantly surprised by this unit for the price! Does what I expected it to do. I find that body weight is enough, at least for me, but seems sturdy enough to handle the added weight of dumbbells or a barbell on your back if you feel the need. Is it health club grade? No, it isn't. But I wasn't expecting that for the very modest price I paid. Very pleased overall!

Great machine!
We use this squat machine mainly for sissy squats and abs. It is built pretty sturdy and light enough that I do not have any problems moving it around. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.
