I purchased this monitor approximately 1.2 years ago, and recently the display has developed an issue. Unfortunately, my experience with the service center in Kerala has been very disappointing. I have attempted to contact them multiple times, but the calls are not going through as their phone appears to have no incoming call service due to lack of recharge. This has made it extremely difficult to seek support or resolve the issue. I kindly request immediate assistance and a proper resolution to this problem.

The product is very good. But with mac air it doesn't support 100Hz, it was able to run in 75Hz only. Felt little time delay while playing video. There is no auto colour correction and srgb support so that there is white tint or foggy layer seems to be felt with it. With choosing manual colour mode in HDMI settings the white hale will be gone. And the display after custom colour setting is awesome and gives extreme immersive viewing experience like othe premiums brands. The stand is in metal is very good but the hinge where it gets locked is not balanced, getting tilted one side. Missing audio port and usb. No eye protection felt irritation after using long hrs but it is really valuable for money and build quality is also 80% ok for this budget with its given functionality. So I'm giving 4 star. If anyone looking for productivity and gaming this is not the right device and fine for other activities wrt it's features since it is an ideally good budget curved monitor.

It works fine at this price but picture quality is not HD and it said 100hz but it only have 70hz showing, picture quality is not that great it's not HD 😔

I have been a fan of Frontech monitors. I have 3 monitors, a 24 inch and 2 x 27 inches. The recent one I bought has picture quality issues (manufacturing defect). First I bought a 32 inch curved monitor (Mon-0081) which had same issues, had to return it. Later I bought a 27 inch flat monitor (Mon-0086) which gives me same picture and color quality issues. This brings me to a conclusion that the 8x series has this fault. My older 27inch monitor was Mon-0056 which gives awesome picture quality. Difference can be seen in the uploaded image. Speakers are nice. Brightness is okay. Monitor is a value for money but the picture and color quality issues might leave you disappointed.

It doesn't deserve a single Star at all. Worst colour quality and incorrect stand angle.. cannot be adjusted Better monitors available in the market..I don't recommend this to anyone
