Good product. Better is mic

Worked well for around 10 months. No replacement by boat.

Good product, but warranty experience could be smoother I purchased the boAt Airdopes 121 Pro Plus in Black. Initially, the earbuds worked perfectly for around 4–5 months, but then they stopped charging. The warranty process was a little hectic. I first had to contact customer support through email, after which they provided access to the warranty claim portal. Thankfully, I was able to complete the claim without any major errors, and boAt replaced the product with a new pair. The replacement took around 12 days to arrive, which was a little long, but the new pair has been working fine for the last 8–9 months without any issues. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product and especially happy that the warranty was actually honoured. However, the warranty claim process could definitely be made simpler and faster. Rating: 4/5 Sound & performance: 👍 Value for money: 👍 Warranty support: 👍 but process can be improved Replacement: Received successfully

You will find some issue with the connectivity sometimes if you are in a crowded place, I started having it only when I am in a crowded bus and I don't know why. But when I am working in my home, I works perfectly. Another problem is the pins for my product have to be aligned perfectly to charge the earbuds from the case, just tossing the earbuds in the case won't work, make sure to align this so the charging starts. As per sound, it does what is expected, not a broad sound stage but considering the price, it does it job.
