I love this book SO MUCH. I love essential oils and use them fairly regularly, but this added a new tool to my self-healing belt I never expected! I HIGHLY recommend this book to everyone on a self-healing journey, and if you already use oils, you have everything to gain from incorporating this wonderful technique into your life! 🙌🏻

I got to admit that I was a bit disappointed when I came to the body type test the links in the book and the code did not work. So I went to the website and I was disappointed find out that I would have to pay money to find out what kind of body type I was. I meant this kind of pissed me off and I put the book away for a day and even contacted the author complaining. The next day I opened the book to continue to see what other information I could gain from this book and I am blessed with all the information contained in this book. I find the information to be highly valuable and inspiring, and I'm really glad that I decided to give it a second chance and finish reading it. I've taken several notes on this book and it actually has encouraged me to confront my negative behavior and my patterns and work to overcome them with or without knowing my body type. The book does give descriptions of the 25 body types and I suppose if you read them all enough and looked at the illustrations you could find your dominant body type. I'm actually eager to read more from this author, like I said there's some life-changing information here you can apply in your life right away. If you're not open to change you won't like this book. Everything in this book is about you making the right choice for yourself, your soul and your happiness. I'm giving it five stars despite the fact that there was a missing component to this book but, it is definitely still worth purchasing and absorbing! There are plenty of illustrations and photos even on the Kindle version that is easy to view and understand and the author talks to us in layman terms.
