Worst product, worst customer service
Really disappointed in buying this RO. We thought Aquaguard purifier is best for RO purifier over the years. We purchased on 18th March. The product which we received itself was a faulty one and we didn't know that until 2 weeks as water TDS raised above 170. Output Water tds should be within 80 as per our area water. But during installation, water output TDS was around 140 and the technician said water is safe to use now and make sure it doesn't go above 150. See the difference between 80 and 140. We've been drinking that water for a month which is not safe at all. Next worst is customer service. Raised a compliant on 18th April. Technician came, told filters need to be replaced and it is free because of warranty. But our question was, it's just been a month and how can the filters go wrong. So we asked for replacement. But till now no proper resolution is given, no replacement, no filter change, no proper response from service team. We are again drinking 20L can water. I have a 2 yr old kid and 6 months old baby and I've been giving this unsafe water to my babies as well unknowingly. Please don't buy anything from Eureka forbes, especially on online sites. Amazon also should take equal responsibility for this.

Worst service and fake warranty
Please do not buy this filter at all. The customer service is the worst I've seen till now. After installation, the filter stopped working the same day. The technician came 3 days later and repaired it then the filter stopped working again within a week. It's been almost 2 months since the purchase and I have had to call the technician 4 times and each time it took 3 days for him to actually come and repair it. The customer service refuses to replace it because as per them the issue is repairable. I just cannot understand how they believe it is Okk for a filter to stop working repeatedly and still say it's fine. They say if it stops working we will send senior technician again. Just how many more times will I have to call for them to finally replace the filter. Even after the filter being within warranty they do not want to replace it and always just give fake assurance that they will replace it next time. The next time will not ever come. Even amazon is not helping. This is double standards by these big mncs.
