Bought for an atomiser
I bought this to use in an atomiser. I wanted to perfume the glass before serving the cocktail. It says that these bitters are aromatic, however I have found far more flavoured bitters that have a much more powerful aroma. Nevertheless, it’s a good addition to certain floral gin cocktails and gives an added complex taste.

Nice and bitter, subtly floral
The best way I can think of to describe these bitters is imagine Angostura with only the bitterness and no spice or flavour and then in the finish/aftertaste you get generically floral notes. Almost like a 'neutral' bitters with a subtle floral finish. There you go. You'll know best whether that will suit your purpose or not!
