2 year update: battery wont hold charge, replacement battery is hundreds of dollars and not worth it. Only lasted 2 years. I would not recommend this model due to battery issues. I previously had the older model air ram and i loved it. It was a work horse. I specifically like air rams because the weight of the machine is at floor level. Very easy to maneuver. Most of the cordless stick vacs are so top heavy which is tiresome and awkward to use not to mention they wont stand up on their own. The new model (white one) air ram design is fabulous. Lower clearance for getting under furniture , corner spinning brushes (like a roomba) to get the little crevices the main roller brush cant reach, and a really cool compression feature. Every time you finish vacuuming it makes a loud noise (normal) which is the machine compressing the dirt bin. Small dust bin but holds a ton because it works like a trash compactor. Its also considerably less $$ than the dyson stick vacs. If you want a reliable, lightweight stick vac that is not top heavy this is a stellar choice. It does not have attachments but i dont mind that. I just use my big corded vacuum with all the attachments when i need them

Bought for my Mum. She loves it as she’s 78 with health issues and it’s very lightweight and she can easily manage it . She had an earlier version of this . This new model seems to pick up much better than the first version . It’s not for me as I like my Dyson , but it’s perfect for Mum to run around the house and place back on charge base . The older one had to have the battery removed to recharge , but this one just sits on the base without having to remove the battery . She likes it and is definitely a great option for older people

I started a return for this Item. Not because of any faults or problems in the design of the machine, but because Amazon does not have carriers that care about shipping products in a timely manner...namely the USPS and Fed-Ex. On more than one occasion my packages were on track to arrive on time, only 38 miles from the final destination only to be rerouted across the nation or to be returned to the originator for another delivery attempt 4-5 days later. This seems to be deliberate on the part of the carriers to intentionally delay the AMAZON PRODUCTS, THEY CANT BE THAT CARELESS OR STUPID.... This again was delayed and not delivered on time and the same thing happened again...so I just had enough. So, I had to purchase another vacuum, a Dyson to replace my faulty Shark that had died after two years that had replaced another Shark that died after a year or so, vacuums have not lasted well in my home. Dyson delivered this in 3 days. I decided to try the G-tech Ar-50 since it would not be fair if I returned it without giving it a shot. I was very impressed with the design and the simplicity. I was able to clean my 2000 ft/2 home with only one charge and it cleaned very well, something my electric Shark cant do. I was only able to use the Shark as a broom for small messes on tile or hardwood. The G-tech AR-50 was like a real vacuum that had power enough for my dog hair and carpets on one battery charge, easy to operate and easy to clean and very easy to use. So , instead of returning this I am going to give my Shark away to Good will and keep this to replace my battery operated Shark that was nothing but a noisy broom with no power to do anything of value for my carpeting! This G-tech is very powerful and like the Dyson it can get my carpets clean and with very little effort. I was impressed enough to keep the G-tech and the new Dyson because unlike the sharks these work!

Great little vac cleaner,it’s light easy to use and performs well

Initially in love with this vacuum. Great cleaning power and battery life. That ended when the right side brush broke after a few months. Been a real struggle finding product support. Mfg site isn't launched. Can't find replacement parts or warranty information. Ugh.
