I don't know about the effectiveness of this product, however, I can say that it 's the worst to try to swallow. I’ve gone so far as to break them into 4 pieces but they still get stuck. There is no taste to them.

I purchased as a supplement for my son. He reports that they are effective and I have ordered another bottle.

I specifically looked for small, easy to swallow pills and thought that’s what I ordered. These are big pills!
